Report on the operation of the Executive Committee (follow-up to Decision 44/57)

Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

  1. To continue to meet three times a year; and
  2. To reconsider the proposals set out in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/44/69 regarding the establishment of an intersessional approval procedure with a view to resuming discussion of the issue at the 46th Meeting.
