Following a discussion on the advisability of transferring surplus funds from one discrete project to another, the Executive Committee decided to approve the redeployment of up to US $8,000 of surplus funds from the terminal phase-out management plan for Jamaica in order to put the halon recovery equipment in Jamaica into operation.
