Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To approve funding for the third and final year of phase I of the institutional strengthening project for Albania at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for addressing non-compliance; and
- To urge Albania to implement its licensing and quota system with the utmost urgency.
