Decision 46/23

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve the second year of phase III of the institutional strengthening project for Barbados at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report, without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for addressing non-compliance.
