Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To approve in principle the CFC phase-out plan for Egypt at a total level of funding of US $3,100,000 plus agency support costs of US $232,500 for UNIDO;
- To approve the draft agreement between the Government of Egypt and the Executive Committee contained in Annex VII to the present report; and
- To approve the funding for the first tranche of the phase-out plan at the amount of US $1,000,000, plus support costs of US $75,000 for UNIDO.
