Draft outline of an Executive Committee primer (Decision 45/59(d)(i)

Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

  1. To note the draft outline of an Executive Committee primer as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/46/46; and
  2. To request the Secretariat to proceed with the development of a draft primer for submission to the 47th Meeting, taking into account the comments made at the 46th Meeting.
