Having considered the addition of US $80,000 to the budget to enable the preparation of country case studies for the evaluation of national and sectoral phase-out plans in the second half of 2005, and the reclassification of evaluation reports submitted to the Executive Committee, including those submitted in previous years, for general distribution, the Executive Committee decided:
- To add US $80,000 to the budget for the 2005 monitoring and evaluation work programme for the preparation of country case studies for the evaluation of national and sectoral phase-out plans in the second half of 2005, combined with the evaluation of refrigerant management plans in non-low-volume-consuming countries;
- To request the Secretariat to clearly indicate on all pre-sessional documents that they were without prejudice to any decision that the Executive Committee might take; and
- To reclassify evaluation reports submitted to the Executive Committee, including those submitted in past years, as documents for general distribution.
