Decision 47/15

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve phase II of the institutional strengthening project for Sierra Leone for a one-year period at the level of funding indicated in Annex II to the present report, without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for addressing non-compliance, and to express to the Government of Sierra Leone the views that appear in Annex III to the present report.
