On the basis of the information provided, the Executive Committee decided to approve the second year of Phase V of the institutional strengthening project for the Islamic Republic of Iran at the level of funding indicated in Annex II to the present report, without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for addressing non-compliance.
