Having considered the information provided, the Executive Committee decided:
- To take note of the report on the implementation of the 2005 work programme (January to August) and the verification of the 2004 CFC consumption targets in the sector;
- To retain the agreement between the Government of China and the Executive Committee as amended by decision 45/46;
- To approve the related 2006 annual work plan; and
- Also to approve the second tranche of the refrigeration servicing sector CFC phase-out plan, at a level of US $3,000,000 plus support costs of US $390,000 for the Government of Japan.
