Decision 47/53

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the draft Executive Committee primer contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/47/58;
2. To request Executive Committee members to submit their written comments on the draft primer to the Secretariat by 6 January 2006; and
3. Having taken account of those comments, to request the Secretariat to circulate the draft primer for final clearance by current Executive Committee members prior to finalization and distribution to new Executive Committee members in advance of the first meeting of 2006, on the understanding that it would be further updated on an ongoing basis.
