Decision 48/34

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve, in principle, the terminal CFC phase-out management plan for Saint Kitts and Nevis, at the amount of US $252,000 plus agency support costs of US $28,440 for UNDP and UNEP;
2. To approve the agreement between the Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Executive Committee, as amended, for implementation of the terminal phase-out management plan contained in Annex XIII to the present report; and
3. To approve the first tranche of the terminal phase-out management plan at the amount of US $50,000 plus agency support costs of US $4,500 for UNDP and US $40,000 plus agency support costs of US $5,200 for UNEP.
