The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve phase VI of the renewal of the institutional strengthening project for Kenya for a period of one year only, at the level of funding indicated in Annex III to the present report, on the understanding that the approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for addressing non-compliance; and
- To express to the Government of Kenya the views contained in Annex XI to the present report.
