Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve funding for phase II of the institutional strengthening project for Guinea‑Bissau at the level of US $60,000 for two years;
2. To express to the Government of Guinea-Bissau the views that appear in Annex XI to the present report.
