Decision 50/41

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To continue to meet three times a year;
2. To request the Chair of the Executive Committee to write to the Parties, through the Ozone Secretariat for consideration to be given at the Nineteenth Meeting of the Parties to the request of the Executive Committee to change the terms of reference of the Executive Committee to grant it the flexibility to modify the number of times it meets if necessary; and
3. To revisit the issue of the number of Executive Committee Meetings at the 53^rd Meeting in the light of the guidance given by the Nineteenth Meeting of the Parties.
