Decision 51/20

The Executive Committee decided:

1. In light of decision 49/19, to inform the Parties of the level of bilateral contribution assigned to Germany’s contribution for 2008;
2. Following its consideration of the business plan issue identified in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/51/7, to allow Germany to fund its bilateral projects; and
3. To request the Treasurer to offset the costs of the bilateral projects approved at the 51^st Meeting as follows:
   1. US $145,770 against the balance of Canada’s bilateral contribution for 2007;
   2. US $169,500 against the balance of France’s bilateral contribution for 2007;
   3. US $646,692 against the balance of Germany’s bilateral contribution for 2007 and US $572,818 against the balance of Germany’s bilateral contribution for 2008; and
   4. US $325,937 against the balance of Italy’s bilateral contribution for 2007.
