Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To defer consideration of the issue of CTC use as feedstock and process agents, and the co-production of CTC in Article 5 countries until its 52nd Meeting when the study of the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel (TEAP) on global CTC emissions would be available; and
- To request the World Bank to provide all relevant information on the issue to the Fund Secretariat and to the TEAP.
