Decision 52/13

Following the presentation, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the World Bank’s progress report contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/52/15;
2. To urge the World Bank to expedite the signing of its grant agreement with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda;
3. To note the signature of the grant agreement between the World Bank and the Government of Tunisia;
4. To request that additional status reports on the following projects be submitted to the 53^rd Meeting:
   1. CFC phase-out plan in Antigua and Barbuda (ANT/PHA/44/INV/10);
   2. Global chiller project (GLO/REF/47/DEM/268);
   3. Institutional strengthening in Ecuador (ECU/SEV/42/INS/33) on the status of the submission of its revised action plan on methyl bromide;
   4. Methyl bromide alternatives demonstration project (ARG/FUM/29/DEM/93) and halon banking project (ARG/HAL/26/TAS/80) in Argentina;
   5. Halon banking project in Turkey (TUR/HAL/38/TAS/80); and
5. To note that the World Bank would report to the 53^rd Meeting on a total of seven projects with implementation delays, including six projects that had been classified as such in 2005.
