Implementation delays and status reports

Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

  1. To note:
    1. With appreciation, the status reports on projects with implementation delays submitted to the Secretariat by France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the four implementing agencies (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/52/17);
    2. That the Secretariat and implementing agencies would take established actions according to the Secretariat’s assessments (progress, some progress, or no progress) and report to and notify governments and implementing agencies as required;
    3. The completion of seven out of the 34 projects listed with implementation delays;
    4. That letters of possible cancellation should be sent for the following projects:
