Decision 52/22

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To take note of the progress report on the implementation of the national CFC phase‑out plan for Lebanon, the performance verification report of the annual implementation programmes for 2005 and 2006, and the annual implementation programme for 2007 submitted by UNDP;
2. To request UNDP to continue assisting the Government of Lebanon in implementing CFC phase-out activities in Lebanon; and
3. To note that UNDP would submit a request for the release of the fourth tranche of the national CFC phase-out plan for Lebanon at the 53^rd Meeting of the Executive Committee, subject to the submission of a satisfactory supplementary progress report on the activities implemented and the level of funding disbursed in 2007.
