The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve phase V of the institutional strengthening project for El Salvador for a period of one year only, at the level of funding indicated in Annex II to the present report, on the understanding that the approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for addressing non-compliance; and
- To express to the Government of El Salvador its views as set out in Annex XIV to the present report.
