Decision 52/43

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the draft progress report on the study on the treatment of unwanted ozone‑depleting substances contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/52/51;
2. To request the Fund Secretariat to take into consideration the discussion at the 52^nd Meeting of the Executive Committee when updating the report; and
3. To request the Fund Secretariat to forward the revised progress report, after approval by the Chair of the Executive Committee, for consideration at the Nineteenth Meeting of the Parties.
