Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To take note of the progress report on the implementation of the project on technology transfer leading to methyl bromide phase-out in soil fumigation in Kenya;
- To approve the request by the Government of Kenya to change UNDP for UNIDO as the implementing agency responsible for the completion of the phase-out of methyl bromide in the cut-flower sector; and
- To approve the agreed revised conditions for phase-out of methyl bromide in Kenya as contained in Annex III to the present report.
