Following further discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To approve project preparation funds for Turkmenistan at the funding level of US $20,000, as indicated in Annex IV to the present report, on the understanding that funding would not be disbursed until Turkmenistan had submitted the instruments of ratification of the Copenhagen Amendment; and
- Not to consider the HCFC surveys submitted by UNIDO at the present Meeting.
