Decision 54/20

The Executive Committee decided to approve the request for project preparation of the terminal phase-out management plan (TPMP) for Haiti, for the UNEP component, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII on the condition that funding for the full TPMP implementation would be approved only when a licensing system was in place.
