Decision 54/21

Accordingly, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve phase II of the institutional strengthening project in Turkmenistan at the level of US $77,000;
2. To approve an additional amount of US $15,000 in the context of the institutional strengthening renewal as one-off funding for the National Ozone Unit to implement training activities in Turkmenistan;
3. That no additional funding for CFC phase-out would be provided, pursuant to decision 46/21; and
4. That if requests for institutional strengthening renewal were to be received in the future, funding approval would be based on the amount approved in sub-paragraph (a) above.
