Decision 54/22

The Executive Committee decided to approve the institutional strengthening project for Eritrea at the amount of US $40,000 for one year, for implementation by UNEP, without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism on non-compliance, and on the understanding that funding would not be released until confirmation of the reporting of the licensing system to the Ozone Secretariat had been received by the Fund Secretariat.
