Following discussion and oral amendment of the revised terms of reference presented, the Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the revised terms of reference for the study on how to develop a strategy to obtain funding through voluntary carbon markets for the destruction of unwanted ozone-depleting substances, contained in Annex XI to the present report; and
- To approve the request for funding at a level of US $250,000 plus agency support costs of US $22,500 for the World Bank.
