The Executive Committee therefore decided to reconsider the matter at its 56th Meeting in the context of the evaluation of the UNEP CAP and applicable implementing agencies’ core unit costs budgets, and requested the Secretariat to prepare, for that meeting, a review of the report, laying out some of the key issues for consideration by the Committee, including the issue of developing a common definition of administrative costs.
