The Executive Committee decided not to approve the request for a compliance contingency budget and asked UNEP to include the activities within the UNEP Compliance Assistance Programme (CAP) budget, using the flexibility provided by decision 47/24 to reallocate funding between UNEP CAP budget lines to accommodate changing priorities.
