The Executive Committee decided:

1. Not to approve the request for a demonstration project for the phase-out of HCFC‑141b in the manufacture of sandwich panels in Saudi Arabia; and
2. To urge UNIDO to resubmit the project once a decision on cut-off dates had been made.
