The Executive Committee decided:
- To endorse the planned activities for 2009 in UNDP’s 2009-2011 business plan as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/57/9, and subject to the considerations contained in sub-paragraph (c) below, while noting that endorsement denoted neither approval of projects identified therein nor their funding levels;
- To note the planned activities for 2010 and 2011 in UNDP’s 2009-2011 business plan as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/57/9, and subject to the considerations contained in sub-paragraph (c) below;
- With regard to the 2009-2011 business plan as a whole:
- To note sub-paragraph (f) in decision 57/6 with regard to metered-dose inhaler transition strategies, HCFC foam demonstration projects, HCFC refrigeration demonstration projects, HCFC solvent demonstration projects, and ODS disposal activities;
- To note the removal by UNDP of the following ODS disposal activities:
- To include the following projects:
