The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the approval of the requests for project preparation for HCFC phase-out management plans for Kenya and Seychelles under agenda item 7(a)“Overview of issues identified during project review”; and
- To request the Treasurer to offset the amount of US $62,862 (including agency fees) against Germany’s bilateral contribution for the previous triennia and the amount of US $129,238 (including agency fees) against Germany’s bilateral contribution for 2009.
