Final accounts

Following the presentation by the Treasurer, the Executive Committee decided:

  1. To take note of the 2008 provisional accounts of the Fund as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/58/51;
  2. To note:
    1. The action taken by the Treasurer to reflect adjustments resulting from the reconciliation of the 2007 accounts exercise;
    2. That the 2008 final accounts of the Fund would be submitted to the Committee at its 59th Meeting; and
    3. That UNEP, including the Multilateral Fund, had been subject to an external audit in June - July 2009 and that the external auditors had visited Montreal from 15 to 26 June 2009.
