Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to request the Treasurer to offset the costs of the bilateral projects approved at the 59th Meeting as follows:
- US $85,315 (including agency fees) against the balance of France’s bilateral contribution for 2009;
- US $96,050 (including agency fees) against the balance of Germany’s bilateral contribution for 2009; and
- US $160,178 (including agency fees) against the balance of Japan’s bilateral contribution for 2009.
