The Executive Committee decided:
- To request bilateral and implementing agencies submitting HCFC projects in the consumption sector with a level of funding of more than US $5 million to submit only one project proposal covering all the enterprises in the relevant sector or sub‑sector; and
- That the project proposal should be submitted 12 weeks in advance of the Meeting at which it was to be considered.
