Decision 60/16

The Executive Committee decided to approve funding for the request from the Government of Germany for the preparation of an investment project as part of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Afghanistan at the level of funding of US $30,000, plus agency support costs of US $3,900 consistent with decision 56/16.
