Decision 60/2

Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To take note of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/60/4, and in particular Annex I;
2. To request the Chief Officer to reply to the letter from the Government of the Russian Federation and convey the Executive Committee’s views on the long outstanding contributions from the Russian Federation, as expressed at the 60^th Meeting; and
3. Also to request the Chief Officer to invite representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee, the Treasurer and the Ozone Secretariat to participate in an informal meeting to be held the day before the commencement of the 30^th meeting of the Open-ended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
