Decision 60/42

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To defer consideration of the demonstration project for disposal of unwanted ODS (phase I) in Mexico to the 61^st Meeting;
2. To request the implementing agency and the Secretariat to work with the Government of Mexico to further clarify elements of the project; and
3. That the proposal should address financial aspects related to how the costs associated with the project might be covered by sources other than the Multilateral Fund, taking into account discussions to date on the special funding facility.
