The Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to present the report of the Executive Committee on the special funding facility to the 30th Meeting of the of the Open-ended Working Group of Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (OEWG), based on Annex V to document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/60/50, the “Excerpt from Report of the 59th Meeting of the Executive Committee, Agenda item 12: Further Concept Paper for a Special Funding Facility for Additional Income from Loans and Other Sources (decision 58/37)”.
