Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To request the Secretariat to automatically adjust the business plans of the bilateral and implementing agencies to reflect the values in previously approved multi-year agreements and in other previous decisions of the Executive Committee, and to ensure that activities reflected those submitted to the first Meeting of the year and their associated values in order to ensure consistency between submissions and business plans at the first Meeting of the year; and
- To defer consideration of approval of new activities not required for compliance and not previously considered by the Executive Committee until after their consideration in the context of business plans at the first Meeting of the year.
