Decision 61/12

Following the presentation, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To note with appreciation the progress reports submitted by the Governments of Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Sweden and the United States of America contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/61/14;
2. To also note that the Governments of Australia, Canada, France, Israel, Italy, Japan, Portugal and Spain would report on the projects with implementation delays to the 62^nd Meeting of the Executive Committee; and
3. To request:
   1. The Governments of Israel, Portugal and Switzerland to provide their progress reports to the 62^nd Meeting of the Executive Committee;
   2. The submission to the 62^nd Meeting of the Executive Committee of additional status reports for the projects and agencies as listed in Annex VIII to the present report.
