The Executive Committee decided to defer to its 62nd Meeting consideration of the request of the Government of Italy for funding for a study on mechanisms and strategies for accounting emission reductions related to HCFC phase-out in the post-2012 climate regime: synergies between the Montreal Protocol and carbon finance in the introduction of alternatives to HCFCs.
