The Executive Committee decided not to approve the requests submitted by UNEP for preparation of the regional ODS destruction and refrigeration and air conditioning equipment replacement programme for low‑volume-consuming (LVC) countries and selected countries in Asia and the Pacific, and the regional ODS disposal strategy for LVCs in Latin America and the Caribbean.
