Decision 62/27

The Executive Committee decided to approve the implementation of a pilot project for ODS waste management and disposal in Cuba at the amount of US $525,200, plus agency support costs of US $39,390 for UNDP to destroy a total of 45.3 metric tonnes of ODS waste, on the understanding that no additional funding would be provided for Cuba for any ODS disposal projects in future.
