Decision 62/28

The representative of the Fund Secretariat introduced document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/62/32. In light of questions raised by members with respect to the operation of the identified technology in the country, issues related to maintenance of the proposed destruction facility and the lack of a comprehensive business model to sustain the project beyond its pilot phase, the Executive Committee decided to defer consideration of the pilot demonstration project on ODS waste management and disposal for Ghana submitted by UNDP to the 63rd meeting of the Executive Committee.
