Following the presentation, the Executive Committee decided:
- To note the 2011-2014 business plan of UNIDO, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/63/11, maintaining institutional strengthening for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya in 2012 and adding the HCFC phase-out management plan for Saint-Lucia; and
- To approve the performance indicators for UNIDO, as contained in Annex VII to the present report.
