Decision 64/24

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve:
   1. The additional funding for preparation of the HCFC phase-out management plan in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea at the amount of $65,000, plus agency support costs of $4,875 for UNIDO;
   2. Preparation for investment activities for the phase-out of HCFCs in the polyurethane foam sector in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea at the amount of $50,000, plus agency support costs of $3,750 for UNIDO;
   3. Preparation for investment activities for the phase-out of HCFCs in the commercial refrigeration sector at the amount of $30,000, plus agency support costs of $2,250 for UNIDO; and
2. To request UNIDO to ensure the use of transparent methods for monitoring the financial transaction of the projects in line with existing United Nations rules and regulations.
