The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the comments, observations and responses received on the desk study on the evaluation of multi-year agreement projects contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/66/13; and
- To request the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, when preparing the final report of the evaluation, also to take into consideration those comments and observations on the desk study that had been received by the Secretariat by the 66th meeting of the Executive Committee.
