Decision 66/24

Following the discussions the Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve US $200,000, plus agency support costs of US $26,000 for UNEP, as the Multilateral Fund’s share in the development of a “Guide for Sustainable Refrigerated Facilities and Systems”, in collaboration with the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE);
2. To note that the amount of funding approved, together with the co-funding to be provided by ASHRAE and others, would cover translation of the Guide into the other official languages of the United Nations; and
3. To urge UNEP and ASHRAE to complete the Guide by the 71^st meeting of the Executive Committee.
